The Automotive Manufacturing study program in Electric Vehicles is aimed at preparing industry ready specialists who are capable of using latest cutting edge manufacturing tools & techniques for developing productions ready vehicles, along with creating innovative manufacturing technologies for the 21 st century.
The economic growth of the country depends of the manufacturing engineers whose work results in superior vehicle build quality, higher performance and reliability. In our program we consider the impact of latest materials, Tools & Techniques to make our students of manufacturing Engineering Future Ready.
In this age, sustainability is the theme throughout the program; thus traditional automobile manufacturing program has been upgraded with extensive modules of Electric Vehicle Propulsion Systems and their associated educational modules in manufacturing.
With the leaps and bounds of development of materials, processes and technologies, the 21 st century transportation industry is rapidly transforming from conventional combustion driven vehicles to clean electric mobility, and through this program, our students become ready to be the torch bearers in this revolution.
The first half of the course introduces the students to the engineering and manufacturing tools & techniques which are the fundamentals of transportation manufacturing. They will be taught all required Fabrication and manufacturing skillsets complimented with Industry Leading Engineering CAD/CAM Platforms to make them Industry Ready Manufacturing Specialists.
This includes additive and subtractive manufacturing techniques on vehicle systems to deliver best results in least time.
Candidates for being eligible for admission to the four-year course leading to the Degree of Bachelors in Automotive Manufacturing shall be required to have Passion for Cars, Bikes and Transportation technologies.
Must have passed the Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination (Academic or Vocational Stream) conducted by any Secondary Board with Pure Science with at least 45% aggregate. Good Handicraft and Fabrication Skills.
